After nearly two decades as a teacher, I developed a deep understanding of what it means to lead with clarity, integrity, and communication — all essential qualities in block and estate management.

I spent close to 20 years teaching in schools across London, Singapore, and Dubai, building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds. Teaching demands structure, problem-solving, patience, and excellent organisation — all of which have carried through into my work in property.

In 2021, I returned to the UK and began working with a specialist property management company as an Estates Manager, looking after a portfolio of residential blocks and estates. There, I took on responsibility for:

Working closely with stakeholders and service providers, I developed a practical, in-depth understanding of how well-run estates function — and how quickly things can unravel when communication and accountability break down.Now, I’ve launched Personal Block Management London — a fully independent service where I work directly with clients to ensure their buildings are safe, compliant, and cared for.
I live in London and take a hands-on approach to every block I manage. I carry out inspections myself. I follow up on issues personally. I respond promptly, and I keep leaseholders informed every step of the way.
